So, here’s how to proceed:
Step 1: Complete the Emotional Fitness Assessment (a Word document) and return it to me at the email address provided in the document.
Step 2: After reviewing your information, we'll schedule a 30-minute phone call. During our time together, I’ll suggest steps and exercises to increase your Emotional Fitness. Implementing these suggestions will improve your resiliency. This consultation is complimentary.
At the end of this session, if you’d like more support, I’ll fill you in on details for working together. And if I think you’ll be better served with other resources, I’ll provide those details.
